Description
Rascallets are small, weasel-like Verpets with soft, velvety fur. They have six limbs, although they only walk with four at a time. The fur on their bodies is almost always a dark brown, though their tails come in varying colors. Rascallets use their brightly colored tails for mating displays, as well as to confuse or even frighten potential predators.
Behavior
Rascallets have been coveted pets for centuries due to their soft fur, and because of this even wild Rascallets have haughty natures. It is not uncommon for them to be so caught up in grooming themselves that they fail to notice stalking predators. Owned Rascallets are often difficult to train, although they will sit in their owners laps all day if they're being brushed.
Habitat
Rascallets prefer to stay at the feet of the Mountains. They hunt for small insects amidst the rocks, utilizing their extra limbs to turn over large and often heavy boulders. If they see predators coming in from the fields, they will flee higher into the mountains to avoid them.
