Description
Kaikou are medium sized Verpets that look like a cross between a hyena and a rodent. They have large manes that run the length of their back, and an odd, skeletal tail. They sport mysterious markings, which vaguely resemble jellyfish and flowers.
Behavior
Kaikou are the pranksters of the caves, gaining the most pleasure from tormenting surly Izrets. They are thick-headed and not easily trained, but have muscular and bulky bodies that make them good battle pets.
Habitat
Kaikous live in the caves, and are one of the few species dwelling there that refuse to leave on their own free will. They do not like being in the sun and will become irritated if left outside during the day without sufficient shade.
