Description
One of the oldest known species of Verpet, the Floffe deserves a bit of recognition. Seen on emblems and coat of arms, the Floffe is known as a humble but legendary pet. They are fairly small, despite this they are known for their bravery. They have a glossy, some would say luxurious coat and require a lot of attention.
Behavior
Floffes make excellent scouts and hunters, able to go for days at a time searching and tracking. They have excellent focus and are a dream to train. They are very responsive and highly affectionate when the occasion calls for it. Curious is their respect for other species; where confrontation should occur the Floffe will generally be the one to back down or defuse a situation. In the wild, there have been cases where they've created odd cross-species bonds.
Habitat
The Floffe's main domain are the forests of verpets. They don't necessarily own the forest, but do inhabit a good portion of it. Their fur ensures they are well adapted to the winter months. At night they are less active, but have been known to use this time to venture out of the forest.
