Gardening Enhancements

The ever-popular Verpets Gardens have been updated with some new and exciting enhancements!
Pet Plant Tenders
When you plant a seed you can now select a pet to tend to it. Your pet can use equipped items to complete this job - so by making sure your pet has a continuous supply of watering items equipped you can guarantee your plant is watered as and when it needs it around the clock!
Refillable Watering Items
All items that you use to water plants in your garden will now return an 'empty' version when used. These empties can be refilled by one of your pets at the Community Water Pump. The number of uses you can get out of a filled up watering item depends on the strength of the pet pumping water into it. For example, a pet with a strength of 500 will be able to pump more water into a watering can than a pet with only 5 strength stats. So now even gardeners have a reason to train their pets up at the Fitness Center!
Visiting User Gardens
You can now visit other user gardens. There is also a new User Profile module to add a link to your garden as well as display some stats about it (which we'll be adding to later) on your profile.
Helping Hands & Sprinkler System
However, users can do more than just visit your garden now. By purchasing a pair of Helping Hands from the Verpets Cash Shop you can add a user to a list of users who have access to water, fertilize and tend to your garden. However, only the garden owner can plant seeds in the garden and harvested plants are put into the garden owner's inventory.
The Sprinkler System, also available from the Cash Shop, has also been updated and now automatically waters your whole garden over a thirty day period!
New Settings Page
We've added some helpful settings to a garden settings page. Elite Users can enable and disable events alerting them of when their plants need watering and harvesting too! You can also manager the users with access to your garden from your Helping Hands from here too.
Thought-Extinct Seed Bag!
Looking for a seed that cannot be acquired on site? The Thought-Extinct Seed Bag, available from the Cash Shop, could well help you! The bag will provide you with one of the retired or limited seeds on Verpets.

What would a gardening update be without new seeds to grow?! Head over to the Gardening Shop and look out for an assortment of brand new seeds to start growing and preferably soon... you never know when Liviana might start asking for their flowers!

Verpets finally has an awesome and fully functioning Lottery for you to fritter away your hard earned VerPoints on!
Tickets are a bargain at only 500 VerPoints each and the prize pot is divided out between users who match 4, 5 or 6 numbers - so there are plenty of chances to win!
Draws will occur automatically every Monday (from next) and the prize pot rolls over from week to week if no one matches a particular set of numbers.
