How do I edit my profile?
To edit your profile, simply go to it, and select the "Edit Profile" link in the top-right corner. You can get to your profile by going to your User Home page, which you can get to by clicking your username in the top bar to the left of the amount of Verpoints you have on hand, and selecting "My Profile." You can enter custom CSS for your profile in the large box in the top left corner of the screen, and add various information or custom modules to your page. To add a module to your profile, simply click on the module and then it will be displayed in the first of the three columns you have to choose from in your profile. You can drag each module and order it within the columns. Click "Save Module Order" when you are finished, and your profile is good to go!
How do I change my password?
On the same User Home page, you can select "Account Settings," and there you will find a place to change your password as well as your e-mail address.
How do I post images onto my profile?
There are a few ways that you can post an image onto your profile. Both ways require the angle brackets because the user profiles use HTML, and not the BBCode (or square/boxed brackets). If you already have an URL of your image, you will need to place it into the image coding like so: If you find an image on the web that you want to put up onto your profile, you will need to save that image onto your computer and upload it through another site.
Where can I get a background for my profile?
Some fan sites of Verpets provide premade profiles for users to freely use, so long as they do not claim the content as their own. However, a user is free to commission/request other members for custom profiles, so long as they offer a reasonable price, which could vary from user to user. The Art forum is where most commissions and requests are loacted.
What is an Elite user and How do I become one?
An Elite User is a user who has used an Elite Account Badge. Unlike the regular member, however, Eliteness comes with certain benefits only available to these users. If you want to become an Elite User so that you may be able to access these benefits, you'll need to activate an Elite Account Badge. You can purchase this Badge from the Cash Shop for Five US Dollars a piece. If you cannot use the Cash Shop, the Elite Badge can also be bought from other users for Verpoints.
How can I become part of the Verpets staff?
First off, please do not mail staff members asking how you can become part of the team. The Job Openings are listed on the Jobs page, which is down at the bottom of every page. The available positions are listed there. To view current staff members, click Staff at the bottom of the page.
Where can I see what my user number is?
To view your user number, you'll need to bring up either your own Plushie Collection or Shell Collection. Both can be found in the Gamesroom (on the left, under Features), below Challenges and Collections. But you can also find your Collections on your Profile if you have the User Info module up. Click the number beside either the Plushie or Shell Collections and your collection will appear. Your User Number will be listed at the very end of the link in the address bar.
I want to tranfer to another account! What do I do?
No. We won't stop you making a new account if you so wish but a mass transfer of items/pets/points between two accounts running on the same computer will be seen as cheating.
How do I block/unblock another user?
The block/unblock option is also located on the Forum Preferences page. Simply enter the name of another user that you would like to block from contacting you and they will no longer be able to mail or comment you.

To better develop your pets personality, you can give it buddies, enemies, and a companion. You can also set up a unique set of custom actions for each of your pets that their various buddies, enemies, or companions can do with them. For example, your pet's enemies may be able to kick or punch your pet, whereas its buddies will want to hug or greet it.
