A Guide: How To Find Pets

For newer users sometimes it can be a bit confusing to come into a new site and try to figure out how everything works. Well let me ease your troubles a bit by helping you out with a basic first step, how to find your own pet.

First off, you'll need to find the "Explore for Pets" link on the site’s main menu. You'll find it to the left of the screen. This link can be found under the "Features" section, as shown in the image below.

After you click this link, you will then be brought to another page which looks like a map.
The image below depicts what you’ll be seeing.

There are five main areas on this new page that you can click on to explore for pets: Mountains, Ocean, Field, Caves and Forest. Each of these places has a few specific pets which can be found only in that area .

{{Click on the link to the right of the species name for full stats and a picture.}}

For example, if you go to the caves, you can find a:

Drach: verpets.com/go/brb
Gerster: verpets.com/go/nkz
Izret: verpets.com/go/0cy9
Kaikou: verpets.com/go/3dx
Ozilette: verpets.com/go/3mz
Panju: verpets.com/go/gmo
Remudi: verpets.com/go/0cya

If you go to the mountains:

Antorg: verpets.com/go/0cyc
Felione: verpets.com/go/atp
Peesh: verpets.com/go/jg1
Rascallet: verpets.com/go/h1c
Rozator: verpets.com/go/ang
Treillen: verpets.com/go/x4u

If you go to the ocean:

Anolia: verpets.com/go/ato
Cephalin: verpets.com/go/v9k
Kamqui: verpets.com/go/0cyd
Posien: verpets.com/go/di0
Tabid: verpets.com/go/o49
Traumilis: verpets.com/go/0cye

If you go to the field:

Aviatrin: verpets.com/go/ou5
Charow: verpets.com/go/lpx
Chien: verpets.com/go/akt
Geonlian: verpets.com/go/01dg
Pryder: verpets.com/go/0car
Shyx: verpets.com/go/0cyf
Vulkit: verpets.com/go/gap

If you go to the forest:

Eulen: verpets.com/go/0cyg
Floffe: verpets.com/go/m0q
Karro: verpets.com/go/rf8
Oplei: verpets.com/go/kub
Querity: verpets.com/go/0cyh
Sanctum: verpets.com/go/wvn
Wakeer: verpets.com/go/0cyi
Warumono: verpets.com/go/3nn
Yonika: verpets.com/go/o48

Now, when you click on an area it will be highlighted in orange, and below the image of the map it will say: Explore the ‘insert whatever you’re exploring here’ for pets… and below that you’ll see ‘Bait with’ and then a drop down list. DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THIS FEATURE. It’s not active right now, so just go with ‘bait with – nothing –‘ for now and then click ‘Explore –insert wherever you’re exploring- for Pets!

The next page that you’ll see pop up will look like this:

A random species from that area of one of the four basic colors {red, yellow, blue, green} will appear and you’ll be offered three options.

You can either give the pet an untaken name and capture it, hit the ‘No thanks, continue exploring!’ to try to find another species/color/gender in that area, or hit ‘Try another area?’ to go to another area of the map and find a different set of species.

But if you do decide you want the pet that's appeared, as said before just enter an untaken name into the box provided:

Then click the 'capture' button and...

So now you have the knowledge of how to capture your first pet!

It's good to keep in mind a few other things though.

• After capturing your first pet you will henceforth need to battle pets to capture them.

• You are allowed up to eight pets before you have to start buying 'Pet Slot Keys' {{PSK}} which can be found in the cash shop for 1000VC or can be bought from other users around the site.

Random User: But wait Hangman, there are pets on here that you haven't mentioned! I want one of those!

Well random user no worries, one of these pets you've probably seen are either rare species or they have a special color.

If you'd like information on one of these species or how to acquire a specific color I'll list a few guides below to help you out.
